In
the insurance sector there are different consumer buying decisions about the
service quality, Reliability, accuracy, responsiveness, Security,
Communication, Understanding, and Tangibility etc. Customer chooses the
insurance companies who have provided the above mentioned facilities. I have
developed a questionnaire to collect the consumer buying information that
depends on the service quality and other facilities of SLIC at Shaymoli Branch.
This survey I will talk about 10- 20
minutes to complete each person. Thank you for taking the time to share your
